Anti gen rush perk?
Dont get me wrong I play both sides pretty regularly and I dont get salty over people doing their objective whether it be gen rushing or tunneling/camping I say all styles of gameplay are fair play, but having 3 gens pop after completing the first chase of the match can get a little annoying so I had an idea make a perk where when chasing someone once you reach bloodlust 1 anybody working on a gen would get a skillcheck no auditory warning a little harder than a regular but easier than say a BNP skillcheck if you miss the gen is blocked for 20 seconds or so. So you either have to wait or go find a new gen. Perk could be on a 120 sec cooldown possibly a hex? I think it's pretty fair cause if you hit the skill check nothing happens and if you miss you just have to find a new gen. What do you guys think broken? Any changes?

They've incorporated many perks to slow down the game (Hex:Ruin, Corrupt Intervention, Thrilling Trimmers, Overcharge, Pop Goes The Weasel, Discordance, etc.). We need something fixed with the base game, rather than yet another bandaid fix perk everyone has to put on their build.

I agree, gen times needs to increase for higher ranks, it goes too fast when I play killer and sometimes when I play survivor.
(Use high mobile killers + Discordance, DESTROYS gen rushing!)

But if we only put it at high ranks then people will just de rank.

Lmao I need see more than 1 person per gen beyond rank 10 so oh well for discordance

You get more points being on gens together and there's even perks for it. It happens more often than you think. It's good information.
I agree with this. I've seen someone suggesting (I forget who) that we increase gen times, but also increase hook times to make camping less rewarding than just going around, normally. It needs to affect all ranks, though.

However wasn't it proven more efficient to work separately (i guess i just get the rushers and not the grinders)

All the devs ever do to fix gameplay problems is implementing perks to counter them.

It's more efficient to work on them separately, though a lot in the game is trying to get survivors to pair up more often. Survivors spawn together far more than they did in the past and it's all around safer to be with another person. Four eyes and someone else for the killer to chase, so you may not be chased if you run in a better direction than the other one. You get more points, working on gens together, too.

You dont need an anti gen perk build to play at red ranks. Learn how to pressure gens and know when to drop a chase against a survivor. Realize that when you are chasing one survivor 3 others are free to do w/e they want and sit on gens. If you make the choice to chase one survivor for 3 minutes to down them once you are throwing the game. I know people that play killers with only adept perks at rank one that regularly 2k-4k simply because they use their brain and understand how to play each tile efficiently for the killer they are playing.
