Any Chance Of A Robert Englund Skin?

Anyone else still holding out for a Robert Englund skin for Freddy? Honestly it would be really awesome if he was the only killer in-game that actually spoke


Instead of just grunts of pain he complained and yelled out whenever he gets stunned, and when survivors fell asleep instead of a laugh you would hear him something like "Welcome to the Nightmare"

    i feel the Pig cosmetics were just for a different look, Robert Englund is an entirely different person, and sadly wasn’t apart of the reworked Freddy, which is what we got the licensing for :(

    y tf u want quentin with swim suits? also the robert englund skin is from the original nightmare on elm street, plus he wouldn't be serious like the reboot freddy.

    @BlueFang this likely won't ever happen. I heard Robert Englund is expensive as hell which is likely why we got discount Freddy.

    It would be awesome to have Robert Englund's Freddy in game. I never understood why they didn't add the original Elm Street film version of Freddy. Rights issues?

    They don't have the rights. They got the rights to the re-make version because it bombed really hard and that license was probly free... Lmao. I still love that my boy krueger is in the game tho, and he doesn't talk so it doesn't bother me.

    I want to believe that ever since they reclaimed Freddy to the Wes Craven estate and Englund’s interest in playing Freddy one last time, that they could possibly negotiate some kind of deal. I think what could happen with time is they change Freddy entirely (kind of like what they just did with Bill). Would be cool if there was new voice clips recorded, I believe the devs said before when asked about talking killers is they’s only do it if it was necessary.. I think getting some classic one-liners from Robert is almost required!

    also if that hypothetical deal does happen then there’s also potential for cosmetics. I’m talking the power glove, or the syringe glove.. OR EVEN SUPER FREDDY!
