Dead Hard makes the Nurse gameplay stressful...
Yes, I am not a Nurse-main, and, PROBABLY, she can somehow trump or counter this perk, but I am not this one and I feel helpless against survivors with 4 Dead Hards and in Lery like map.
How do you counter DH as Nurse?

You don't
Competent survivors can always dodge one attack and force you into fatigue

@Madjura of course, you can stack Unrelenting and Pocket Watch to decrease Cooldown and Fatigue durations as much as possible, but..... is it a good way?)

Depends on how often you see Dead Hard. If you see it a lot in your region and rank then yes. Otherwise probably not

Is this a joke post?
If not, if you know/think a Survivor has dead hard you can blink a little bit further and hit them despite the dead hard, or just bait it out and hit them on the next set of blinks, or even trick them with a single blink and quick hit, because most of the time dead hard is saved for the 2nd blink strike, and if you hit fast enough it is very difficult to react to/predict.

In order to counter DH you need to do the 1St blink spot on. Now the mindgame comes into the play. Either the survivors uses DH now and you follow it up by a 2nd blink, or the survivor expects exactly this and attack immediately. Survivors usually do the 1St one till, after they failed they will adapt to that and wait.

Try to land close enough with a blink that you can hit them without an extended lunge. VERY hard to dead hard in reaction to, and if they use the perk in advance then you just made them use it. With an accurate enough blink the time they have to dead hard reactively is so incredibly tiny that most people will use it before they know if they "need it".
When you get good enough at being this accurate you can also blink close, wait and see if they dead hard and then use your second blink to hit them if they do, and just hit them right there if they don't. It does of course get harder if it's actually a survivor that's good at making it hard to get close with the 1st blink, but that's not really related to Dead Hard itself.
