This perk is nerf for Survivor friends and buff for perk owners. I came up with rework immediately and that's how it works:
BETRAYING ALLIES - decide whether to save yourself or to save others. Your selfishness made you betray allies in order to escape serial murderers.
- Grants the ability to steal Survivors' Endurance Status Effect only if they have it activated, the stolen Status Effect is deactivated after being hit or fully healed
- If they don't own it, wait 120/90/60 seconds to get the perk activated, the stolen Status Effect is deactivated after being fully healed or you have 15/20/25 seconds to mend yourself
- Doesn't stack with perks causing Endurance Status Effect

We already have Decisive Strike, and that's the biggest prank perk to the killer.
