I can only guess it’s a 3-4 percent regression based on the values on his action speed add ons (slightly is 3%, moderate is 6%, considerably is 9%, etc).

thats not to bad, but both addons are slightly, and have only a 1s difference in their aura reading time so i wonder if they grant a slightly different regression bonus. mixed with huntress lullabys 6% its decent i guess

Just using them as an aura reading tool is your best bet, regression and hex totems are trivial in the long run.
