Seeing if people pipped or not post game
I think it would be helpful to see if people pipped, double pipped, safety pipped or de pipped post game. I think it could be a positive addition players could see the different strategies and base gameplay from it what does everyone else think?

It would be used almost exclusively to be toxic

No thanks.

This serves no purpose. It's none of your business who pipped or didn't pip. IMO they should even hide the BP.

I’m gonna be a party pooper here... I think it would be abused to add insult to injury. Pipping is very inconsistent as well, so the info would be semi useless.

Yeah I have to say this isn't something I would want to see implemented into the game, I can see that it would be used far too negatively.

I disagree I believe it could deter alot of the toxicity say for instance you have a player who camped the hooks or tunneled all game we'd be able to see that it doesnt pay off and it could deter a player from using that strategy in the future or you have a survivor who hid all game and didnt do the objectives sandbagged the hooks etc;. Besides its part of the score I have no shame in others seeing if I pipped or not its just information

And how would your knowledge of the other person's pips change anything? The other player is perfectly capable of seeing the result for themselves and drawing their own conclusions.

I can imagine the post game chat in that scenario - not really something I want to have to imagine either.

For example a killer brings in a eboni mori uses it twice 3rd survivor gets hooked 3 times 2 gens get done and the last survivor gets the hatch. Did the killer get rewarded with a pip or did they safety pip or de pip? Myself and other players could use that information to base future game strategies as killers and see if that was a rewarding way to play

You can also just do it yourself, ask those who have, or do the math. It's the same thing, except without the majority of players who've had bad trials also having to endure even more ######### from other players.

"haha noob you didn't pip"
yeah this idea sucks my ass 3000

No thank you. I think it would do much more harm than good, as others have noted.
I also agree that we don't really need to see other players' BP totals. Just their load out, rank and whether they escaped or died is enough.

Exactly.

People would use it to bully the other side.

Dcing and laughing at the killer for not pipping.
Camping and laughing at the survivor for not pipping.
Just two examples.
It encourages more toxicity. The end game chat can be bad enough with without them having another way to call someone out.

My reply would be haha noob? Good one! Never heard that before lol I didnt pip ohh you really hurt my feelings with those words oh boohoo. it happens so what nobody wins everygame and then i'd say gg leave the lobby and get into another game and try again see how that works?

Lol this is hilarious yall actually get triggered by the end game chat????

Can you imagine the next nfl superbowl score not being shown because they dont want to hurt the losing teams feelings????
0 -
Its not about having feelings hurt it's about giving people a way to be more toxic.
My examples were extremely light compared to what can and does happen and not everyone has thick skin to deal with it.
If you reply to them as you say you would they won. Most do it to get a rise from someone and you took the bait and acted just as childish back instead of being an adult and ignoring it.
Your posts when people dont agree say exactly why this is a terrible idea and why you thought of it.

Looks like OP has no intentions to have a civil discussion, so i'm locking this thread.
