Hurt after unhooking another survivor??

Recently i've noticed that when i get unhooked, the survivor that grasped my armpits gets hurt, ######### is going on??

They're not getting hurt, that means the killer has make your choice and they got exposed.

Straight up, they went from healty to injured state
