Locker blindness shouldn't affect team mates aura
It's just another solo punishment and makes certain plays more difficult for no reason.
The only reason why locker blindness was added was because of OoO and team mates trolling sandbagging with bond. However, why can't the survivors inside the locker see the aura of his team mates? It doesn't make sense to me.

Its a total deaf net for auras, so it should get rid of anyone seeing in or out of the lockers aura completely.

They nerfed BBQ & Chili to where you can’t see Survivor auras when there in lockers, as a tradeoff they made it where you can’t see auras when you’re in a locker either. It’s just makes it fair for both sides.

They are saying if survivor teamates could see them in a locker the blindness aura would only affect killers and that would be unfair. Also not all swf use coms.

Let it possible to read auras through lockers and other auras (gens). I'm all for changes that make solos and swfs closer, with according changes to killers.

If you got hit with a chainsaw and put on a hook irl, how would you be able to get off the hook and be healed back to normal with no injuries in under a minute?
If you got sacrificed irl, how would you magically end up back at a campfire?
If you were a survivor irl, how would you have third person view?

The point is that you shouldn't stay in lockers for an indefinite amount of time, if you need to check where everyone is you just need to leave the locker for a while.

You guys are all missing the point.
SWF all can know where each other are. So this mechanic only hurts Solo's thus further widening the gap between them.
Saying something is fair does not make it so.
The only reason I see for the mechanic working this way is consistency. Which to be fair is a surprisingly good reason but still.

Lockers inflict Blindness, and AFAIK the game has no way to differentiate auras when you have that status. It's all or nothing. They would need to make a special type of effect just for lockers.
Besides it's not that big of a deal. If someone is hiding in a locker it's usually only temporary. It's a trade-off to using them.

Consistency. Make it so it blocks all auras, and you don't have to worry about exceptions.

So, to close the gap between SWF & Solos, Survivors need aura reading in lockers while Killers can't see anyone hiding in lockers?
So, once again, Killers need to foot the bill for a fix meant to make Survivors stronger & get nothing in return.

The blindness effect on survivors who jump into lockers is fair. It discourages camping in a locker. You should not be able to jump in a locker, formulate a strategy and then leave based on aura reads.
Also, with the perk head on as a potential factor, it opens up too many doors for toxic gameplay.

I think it's a fair tradeoff, your aura can't be seen but you can't see other players auras.

To be fair killers got nothing for it when pig and enduring got changed for pure convenience reasons..survivors stunningperks were left as if enduring was still around to combat them..that's at least how it seems

I understand the end goal. Maybe I did not say it very well.
What I meant was that, if solo's/all Survivors can aura read from inside lockers, while Killers currently can't see people in lockers, Killers are getting the short end of the stick.
So, in a way, Killers are being punished while Survivors get a buff. So Killers get nothing while Lockers become a new way to block all Aura perks from Killers without disabling Survivor Aura perks.
I mean, imagine OOO; You hide in a locker, you see the Killer's Aura, he can't see yours. Now you can say where he is on voice comms (if you're in a SWF) and basically be an invisible lookout for 40 seconds before the first Crow appears.
Or you hide in a Locker and see exactly where that Killer downed someone, or exactly where that Killer hooked someone, or exactly where EVERYONE is with that one perk (I forget the name)..and the Killer can't see you, even with BBQ.
So I'm against Survivors getting aura reading while in Lockers. They are a both-way Blind, and either it has to work both ways, or for no one, or it's just not balanced.

But you r missing the point that swf basically can see auras inside of lockers. So killers already have the short end against swf. So why not just give it solo aswell and we can continue buffing killers.

tbh, Locker aura blindness for survivor inside and other survivors aroud him is a straight up nerf to Solo players, whilst SWF can easily have this kind of info.
If BHVR is actually planning to close the gap between Solos and SWF, can they at least start by not nerfing Solo teams any further in the first place?

My problem with this is, well, these things don't move quickly. Killers WILL have to "foot the bill" so to speak. I am all for the changes and I have no doubt they will be better for everyone in the long run, but, in the 6 or 7 months between when solo's and SWF are equal, its gonna be hell for a lot of Killers.

Just so you know (I'm not insulting you), QQ is supposed to be shorthand for crying.
A Q or q looks like a round eye and the tail is the tears coming out. I think it was originally Q.Q and then got shortened to QQ or qq since it was used in fast-paced FPS games.
