Am I a moron if I tell to the killer to play how he wants?

I am curious about your opinion, Last game I playerd against a nurse (he said he's newbie at the end) and he used NOED, at the chat someone said not to use NOED and I told him to use it if he wants because it's a perk and any killer can play in any way he want, and he told him not to listen to me cuz I am a moron and remove the NOED, as well told me that I am a leatherface camper even if I don't have it.I can ask you what do you think about that? The killers can never use NOED, insidious etc. or they should use any perk they want? (ikr it's not funny to be camped or play against some perks but that's the game)

I mean you are not a moron for saying use what you want but the other person is not wrong for telling him to not use noed because when you are learning a killer like nurse NOED only hinders your growth with her it's better to learn her without perks like that first but either way the simple answer is no you are not a moron.

They should use the noed, if he wants to. That other guy should dew da bones.

No. The killer CAN, in fact, play how they want.

    ---What a groundbreaking concept---

I always play how I want as killer very rarely are they toxic builds though the only toxic builds I've used so far were on trapper and GF

The former being no escape trapper, (like impossible skill doc but my own flair thrown in) unnerving, distressing, ruin, and one random (sometimes huntresses but I don't like too many totems on this build) throw in the bloody coil and the other UR addon trap the exits and your totem(s) to start then have fun (also suggest game because TOXIC)

the latter being basement devil face with GFCOT+chewed pen; agitation, iron grasp, mad grit, free perk (find a nice lean spot to view basement and have fun

You aren't a moron and people can play however they like as long as they aren't exploiting/cheating. Though for a new killer NOED isn't the best to use due to its unreliability and could be replaced with something better as "training wheels" like unrelenting.

    Nah, you aren't a moron.

My motto (thanks to Bricky) is: Play how you want, don't listen to made up honor codes from either side.

No, you are one of the good people in this community. There is a lot of people in this community who will tell others not to run certain perks because they don't want to play against it and that isn't right. The person playing killer has spent their money on the game just like the survivors and they can play however they please (excluding cheating obviously).

Nothing wrong with expressing your opinion. And sometimes that opinion is good advice.

But yeah, if you're able to maintain a nonchalant attitude over what the killer uses, then that's a good quality.

Firstly that's a healthy mentality to have, instead of falling into the trap of scrub mentality and wasting emotional energy at yelling at people for not adhering to your personal rules.

And secondly of course you can play however you want. Just don't be a cringy hypocrite that does things that are commonly complained about and then follow it up with crying about the other side doing the same.

I don't see any problem with running an endgame build with NOED, Bloodwarden, etc. I personally think survivors are somewhat dumb if they think running endgame builds makes a killer bad by definition. Like, no kidding, having one or more perks that don't kick in until the gens are done might make it more likely that all the gens get done. If survivors can't see the correlation between a killer running fewer gen stalling or chase perks and gens being completed, they should stop eating paint chips. A killer can be bad and rely on NOED. A killer can also be good and run NOED. It can carry you out of low ranks to a degree, but that eventually works itself out when you run into more experienced survivors who don't rev their engines and floor it towards the hook at the first sign of NOED.

When people get so bored and create topics about every irrelevant thing. Who cares what a random said? Honestly, just move on.

You are not a moron. But i think the best way to learn a killer like nurse is to not use Noed or any addons. Just my opinion...

Yeah! Next thing you know, we'll be seeing stupid topics about White Ward not countering Franklin's Demise or something!
