Survivors don't have enough second chances in this game, every match, no matter how badly they've played, they deserve their free escape.
Yet, still better than the hatch waiting game before egc.

Idk if no gens have been repaired I feel like it shouldn't even spawn or it should require an opening time...

This came with the introduction of EGC. It is a bit unfortunate, but its the way to ensure matches have a pseudo time limit. If the Killer kills everyone before the hatch opens, then the Survivor can just immerse their way around and drag the duration of the match.

Even so at least it requires more skills than just letting your entire team die and then running around the map for the hatch or the doors.
Like what are we rewarding here ?

5/7k BP? If people want to play 5+ minute game for those BP go ahead that 1 rando survivor who waits for their team to die.
(Also saying opening the door at 1v1 scenario, against some killers, isn't skillfull idk what to tell you)

Because crouching around and "trying" (because no one even tried they were just wasting time) to do gen is more skillful

Well yes since it requires you to make use of angle of views, timing, instinct or outsmart the killer.
You do realize there are other things you can do beside dead hard and 360° turn...
Honestly, I hate survivors like you. Those that have no understanding of this game mechanics and have such small minds they can't even understand the different roles.
I bet all you do is run, do 360° and ######### it up for everyone everytime you try to do a gen.

Your juking abilities are completly useless unless someone is crouching nearby doing a gen.

Survivors should still need to complete at least two generators. If a team can't complete two, they don't deserve the hatch. Even a lone survivor could complete two while the rest of the team is busy killing themselves.

The hatch now exists anytime theres one survivor to either let them escape or activate EGC aka a timer that forces the survivor to act.
Also your response had nothing to do with 1v1 scenario.

Its ok the way it is, also escaping if everyone dies like that means even if you manage to escape, you will depip.
And the killer will depip too.

No but those are the one usually sending hate mail to their own team. And tbh seeing someone 360° the killer doesn't impress me, especially if they can't stay hidden for more than 30s.

No. I said that: If there were 4+ gens needed to be done the last survivor would just sneak around the map not doing much. Sorry that i worded it weirdly or if it confused you.
And do you know how many times i've been in a situation where a survivor would do ^ exactly that? AS BOTH, killer and survivor (and yes, i did try to do a gen and also survive). Even as a spectator.
