What Did You Hated Most That Was Added In The Game
A few days ago I made a post asking everyone what were you most thankful the devs added/reworked and so on. However this post is the exact opposite of that. Today I want to know what you hate/hated the most in what was or still is in the game.
This can be anything, a bug, a chapter, bad designs. Anything is on the table here. It can be past updates, or present updates.
Me personally, I hated old ds and 6 hour hatch standoff's. MOM never bothered me because I played Hillbilly so I was mostly unaffected by MOM.
Please do try to be civil in the comments down below.

I don’t really hate anything they’ve added tbh.
2 -
Not really "adding" on purpose but every damn update an exhaustion bug happens that gives the survivors an advantage to an extent
2 -
In b4 NoED/URs/_____ killer is """OP"""

I guess it wasn't really "added", but hatch standoffs were obnoxious. If I had to pick something I guess it'd be that thing they did where flashlight/pallet saves didn't require any sort of timing at all, as it remove all the skill from some actions that actually require some skill. But it was reverted rather quickly anyway.

What WAS in the game as well?
EDIT: Actually, no. I should go for the ONE thing that made the game so unfun that i didn't play.
The time when Flashlight saves didn't require timing.
All you needed was a Flashlight of any kind, Lightborn wasn't enough & you can't Franklin's Demise everyone.
And slugging...well, i'd like to have fun when playing videogames.

Old MoM and sounds issues.

TBH I don't like this new Exposed effect. It's too jarring, and it ruins the experience when you play against Myers. If they tone it down, and just outright remove it for Myers EW3 I'd be fine with it.

I wouldn’t call the dead hard bug an advantage.
0 -
Does the Pig EGC nerf count? If so, that.
5 -
Why?
0 -
The exposed effect irritating and the whole new legion concept
0 -
The graphics changes in 2017, 2016 graphics were the best
0 -
That was a rough bug ngl but not as bad as the multiple bugs that let you do exhuastion actions but not taking it away

Mettle Of Man
The terrible experience of mettle almost ruined Ash for me, which is a huge shame because I'm a fan of Evil Dead

For me the huge amount of infinites, pallet teleport and moris. It was and partly is just dumb.

Umm because not being able to use dead hard Is obviously not an advantage.

I believe they were talking about the infinite DH bug

I really hate that they gave us the chasing music again.. the game felt much better without it..
1 -
Oh my bad. It’s hard to keep track of all the bugs sometimes.

Old Mettle of Man. Nuff said.

Legion
Mettle of Man is a very close second.

Mettle of Man.
It took years, YEARS to get DS changed into something healthy for the game instead of a constant overpowered perk that was in every match, severely broken on SWF stacks.
2 WEEKS after the change finally happened, they added a new second chance perk with basically no requirement that had all of the same issues as the old DS. We didn't even make it through 1 whole chapter/midchapter cycle of having a nice time as killer.
Thank god it got nerfed faster than DS did.

Yamaoka's map. It took all the worst parts of old swamp, doubled down, and added a slice of that one long Autohaven map to make things worse. It's the only map that I sincerely contemplate d/cing on when I get it.
It's no fun as killer because map pressure is damn near impossible due to the fact that it's huge, chases are rough because it has a multitude of jungle gyms and completely safe, unmindgameable pallets, and *I can't see anything*
It's no fun as survivor because traversing from one end to the other takes 7 years, it has that frustrating baseline New Moon offering darkness, and, speaking of which, *I CAN'T SEE ANYTHING*
Edit: Changed a [BAD WORD] out with "anything" in two places. I'm sure you can guess what it was though.

Uhhhh "it has that frustrating baseline New Moon offering darkness"... you probably just need a new monitor. Yamaoka's map is hardly dark

Bugs aside, I dislike the 8k bloodpoint cap per category and the Emblem System.
2 -
Insta heals...don't know how that got through when in development of the time
Noed...don't know how that came into their mind at all
DS (First version) really don't know how that passed through
hex perks..because you know "Risk vs reward" when really its Risk vs Risk
MoM (First version)....my god I don't even wanna know how they came up with that and how that even passed their team in the first place

Doctor and all the changes to aura perks that effectively make stealth pointless.

swf. worst thing they could have done to the game.
game was never designed for it
game has never been balanced for it
game was already stupid survivor favoured and they just gave ppl an easy win button on survivor for no real reason.

The double pip requirement to get adept killer achievements.
The new exposed sound effect. It ruins Myers' EW3 Halloween music.

Legion
i still have hope for a rework though...

The last emblem changes.
There is no reason a killer should not be able to pip for killing all four.
Your pip should be determined on your own performance and not subject to what others do. Each person in the match should be able to pip if they play well. For example Killers shouldn't be punished for survivor refusing to save and likewise survivors shouldn't be punished if the killer prevents saves.

Insta-heals, DS, keys, and the most recent Emblem changes.

With the spark of madness came someone I love playing, and someone I really find fun to play against. And they became my main, and I still love them...
and then there was feng.
I hate everything about her. Her annoying voice, her outfit, her perks. I despise her with a passion. My team mins are bad, that urban across the map, and as killer she's an annoying, flashlight clicker, toxic survivor that can loop me for at least 3 gens.

Original legion / spirit

Plague.
Dont get me wrong, she’s an amazing Killer, but holy hell, does she make me physically sick when dealing with her. Never been a huge fan of throw up scenes in games and movies...Or real life for that matter. 🤢

Spirit. Playing against her just isn't fun for me or any of my friends. She's the only killer we've been tempted to DC when playing against.

The new emblem system is absolutely horrible.
Hate it.

Metal of man, such an annoying perk.. i understand it and i know its not OP or anything like that. Its just very annoying when all 4 swf are running it with dead hard.. oh well lol
0 -
Thank you! It ruins the experience as killer ,like.. how am i supposed to hear foot steps and the groans of my victims if im listening this stupid music. Devs should drop it.
0 -
That's literally the point of the chase music. it's purpose is to make you not be able to hear anything.
0 -
I'd say thats a broken design. No killer... ok maybe ghostface.. is going to inner monologue chase music. It destroys the ambience of the game imo and gives the survivor another leg up against the killer.
0 -
fair enough.
0 -
The Sound effect that notifies a survivor when they are exposed by The Shape. The sound effect plays louder than the piano.
0 -
Insta blind flashlights they hurt my eyes and i still remember the coldwind farm when i was bullied by high ranked swf survivors with them as a rank 14
0 -
The last fast vault changed that happen i am still mad about that nobody even asked for it and they nerfed them even more

NOED came to existence in the time when survivors basically flew threw generators. They were dark times for killers. There was pallets next to pallets, windows would never get blocked no matter how much survivors abused it. They were so bad that even the most powerful killer at that time (Hillbilly) Needed NOED. NOED at those times wasn't a hex perk, it was infinite and it gave the killer 8% more movement speed. Yes Camping was also a big thing back then too.
NOED came to many changes. From lasting only 120 seconds to nerfing the speed to 4%. Then it became a Hex perk and fastfoward now and it was given a buff to add all expose effect on all levels. Plus some minor changes to NOED i won't talk about.
NOED now is ballanced and is still used for the same purpose. To indirectly counter genrush. So if NOED is up now, is the survivors fault.
So there you have it. NOED cAMe to existence because killers needed a way to stop genrush and be strong. We can all agree NOED is a very powerful perk.
