Dead Hard is pretty decent

Lithe is pretty great, it can turn any unsafe pallet into an escape

Decent against any M1 killer the first time you use it. After they just bait it out and it's useless for everything except reaching pallets/windows.
Lithe is alright and much better than Sprint Burst but I'd still use Balanced over it if you want to loop optimally. Lithe will get wasted the second you vault anything which limits when you can get that speed boost. Balanced not only truly let's you pick when to use it, but has a passive buff which can make or break vertical loops on most maps.
