Game biased towards Killers
I really want to hear how you guy's feel, but I genuinely feel that the Devs are biased towards killers, very much so. I see survivor perk after survivor perk (especially DS) being nerfed but I hardly ever see any killer perks being nerfed. Or, if anything, a killer perk might be adjusted ever so slightly. OR, whenever they release a new killer, it takes them a significant amount of time before nerfing the killer's movements all together completely ruining any motivation to play against that specific killer (I'm talking about you, Ghostface).
But that's just me.. :)

I don't notice it myself. I like playing both sides and don't consider myself a MAIN of one particular side. So I don't see their bias in their nerfing, if there is any. I take it as, making adjustments to make the game better as a whole.

I think the game is balanced decently, they don't often make changes that aren't needed (not always but sometimes.) I think the survivor perks keep getting nerfed for acceptable reasons, I think the game is currently getting more balanced as time goes on.

They aren’t biased towards either side.

The balancing is fine honestly. Survivor perks get nerfed because they're sometimes OP (old DS, MoM, etc.) Killer perks don't get nerfed directly, but indirectly. SB on Wraith is useless because of the changes long ago, for example.

The devs don't really change the killer perks, they tend to focus more on the killers themselves and will either buff or nerf the killers abilities rather than the perks. The DS nerf was needed because it was a free escape for basically doing nothing.
Also, Ghostface received some nerfs on launch, I believe they nerfed his stalk speed compared to the PTB. Then after launch they reworked his power a bit more along with his ability again. That's the situation for a lot of killers.

Both sides have had perks adjusted to make them healthier for the game.
Heres an example of "the machine gun build" on Trapper before unrelenting and STBFL was reworked. Pay attention to the hit cooldown.
Heres an example of "machinegun hatchets" before the charge speed addons were nerfed as well as Tinkerer completely changed

I wish I wasn’t a newbie when old tinkerer was around. Would’ve been fun.

I think that you just play poorly as survivor. I play pretty bad as survivor too. That's not reason to cry at the forums, just try to get better if you want.

ikr. They also nerfed the addons so Flower babushka went from 20% to 12% and Mana braid went from 12% to 8%. I think if they were already gonna change tinkerer, they didnt need to touch the addons...or simply make them not stack.

Agreed

I find the balancing is toward survivors slightly, but that those who know how to abuse it, do.

This game is in the survivors' favour. If you are having a hard time, practice more (watch tutorials) and play SWF. If you then bring strong perks and items, you shouldn't have any problems.

SWF>Killers>Solos.

Its guaranteed all 6 new survivor perks in this new dlc will be complete garbage that nobody will use while the killer gets at leaast 1 good and 2 mediocre ones.

I think you need to re-check the definition of "guaranteed" because the last time Killers got a "good" perk was Spirit Fury with The Spirit and the last time they got a "mediocre" perk was Infectious Fright with The Plague (basically only good the Nurse and [recently] Hillbilly after last patch).
After the last 3 killers making a "guaranteed good perk" call is a bit of a stretch and if Ghostface is any indication then expecting even a single mediocre Killer perk may also be a stretch.
