If they’re 2 separate survivors does that mean that that this chapter will introduce 6 new signature perks for the survivors? I can’t imagine having the same signature perks unless they share 1 survivor slot.

  My guess, solely a guess, is that they get 3 different perks but each will only get 1 that is “good,” so you’ll have to level both.
