New Killer: Boogie man
Map: Big house (technically a single house but the size of the hospital)
Speed: 4.4
Height: average (exact same character model as the Hag but with a reskin)
Terror radius: 36m
Power;
1- Closeted: The Boogie man is able to see any survivor hiding in lockers. Additionally, he can enter it, reducing his terror radius to zero to teleport into another one. If he teleports to a locker in which a survivor is hiding, it kicks the survivor out and put them in dying state.
The teleportation is a gauge like Freddy but allows for more uses.
2- Fear the dark: As the Boogie man get closer, it gets darker.
When within 36m the screen become 50% darker.
When within the 36m radius for 10s it becomes 65% darker and the survivor will sometimes scream revealing their location.
If the survivor still does not leave the 36m radius within 15s they will scream revealing their location and become exposed for 30s.
Perks;
1- Fear: As the survivors make mistakes they will randomly shout whilst stopping what they're doing for 2s/3s/4s for 30s/40s/50s after a missed skillcheck or quick vault outside of a chase. During that time they gain fear.
2- Panic: As the killer gets closer to the survivor, their screen become much darker by 30%/40%/50%. Activate when in the killer terror radius. If they stay in it for too long their fear increase.
3- Looking for a friend: Gens that are worked on by a single survivor will be highlighted blue for 5s/6s/7s after the repairs started. If another survivor join the perk will immediatly stop.
Status;
Fearful: Similar to the doctor insanity mechanic but it only cause survivors to scream (similar to infectious fright)which reveal their location.
Scared: Once fear is at max survivors become scared. Skillchecks are smaller, heavy breathing and cause the exposed status for 20s/30s/40s.
Being with another survivor reduce the amount of fear you gain.

Replace "getting broken" by "getting grabbed instantly" and it might be a good concept depending on how often he can teleport. He needs some more oomph in his ability or a secondary ability as he's a 110% killer with an chase unrelated ability.
The map sounds like lery's made out of haddonfield houses. Could work, but might be a bit dull if not filled with "points pof interest". Currently theres not much interesting stuff in dbd houses.
(Lery's has that big central room, the office, showers etc)

3.8 speed is pig's or ghostface crouching speed. You just made your killer useless 😅

4.4 is maximum speed so I doubt 3.8 is crouching speed when Nurse is 3.6 ...

Just checked the wiki and i seem to be mistaken. My bad.
Pig crouch is 3.6 (90%)
Nurse is 3.85 (96.25%)
4.4 is 110% ( huntress, hag)
4.6 for normal killers
4.0 for survivors. (100%)
Having a killer whose ability cannot help him in chase have a default movement speed thats lower than survivor speed makes the whole concept unuseable.

It's fine we were both wrong. Max speed for killers is 4.6 (Legion) and slowest 3.8 (Nurse) still much faster than the crouch speed of the pig.
I'll increase it to 4.2 but btw did I say you couldn't use it during a chase ? You could. It would be hard bc you have to predict where the survivor is going but you most definetly can.

Ive had a discussion of a similiar killer way back then when this forum didnt exist. I cant say it's from experience but more from insight how this game is.
On paper it sounds similiar to hag's teleport, but the "getting out of the locker part" would make it nearly impossible to get a hit on your chased survivor. AND very siruational.
Even with 115% ms (4.6), he'd be considered weak by the community. Especially with that big terror radius.

The idea is to control gens by teleporting to the MANY lockers around them.
He's not good at chases bc that's not really the role I had on mind for him. He's rather just there to prevent gen progression, punish mistakes from survivors and torture locker campers.
