Incredibly Simple Buffs to Trapper, Clown, Doctor, Pig, and Plague to make them Competitive

So I have been thinking about these small QOL changes that, in my opinion, would instantly make the Trapper, Clown, Plague, Doctor, and Pig more competitive without require reworks for their abilities. At the very least it would make them more competitive than they are currently, although Pig is definitely the strongest of the 5.
When you are Tier 3 madness, Intoxicated, Sick, have a trap on your head, or escape a bear trap, just apply all of the minor debuffs to the survivor affected. I'm talking exhausted, extra hindered, blindness, mangled, generator repair debuff and hemorrhage.
All of these affects are cancelled after the survivor is healed back to full, snapped out of it, or cleansed.
This would prevent genrush, which by common definition is when survivors forgo cleansing or healing and just chunk gens, because of the debuffs they are stuck with. The generator debuff is far too annoying to ignore.
The extra hindered would assist with looping, while the others are just tracking assist and time wasters. Most of these killers have addons that do these things, but honestly they should just come with the base kit. I think it would bring these Killers up a tier, but not make such a difference that any of them are remotely strong (strong referencing Nurse, Spirit, and Billy).

I think an exhausted debuff upon escaping a bear trap would be fine and actually quite needed considering how easy it is to escape from them
But the rest would be way, way, too much

Why do you think it would be too much? Nothing besides hindered actually affects a chase (and that is only vaulting, not pallets), and the debuffs all disappear after being healed which Survivors should be doing anyways after evading a killer or being unhooked.

Personally I think if you step in a bear trap you should take a 5% slow for 30 seconds because you've literally just had your ankle snapped.

Hindered does kind of affect pallets. The killers can already hit you even though you safely threw the pallet down, so good luck even making it to the pallet with that extra slow.

That's too much. For Clown, you are pretty much adding four of his addons to his base kit, plus repair speed decrease. I feel like they need to be buffed in other ways. Don't forget that they will receive indirect buffs with the coming map reworks, hopefully.
If you safely throw down a pallet you don't get hit by a killer. If you do get hit it means you dropped the pallet to late. The exception of course is connection problems, or perhaps some weird bug in the game.

Maybe it was connection issues. I haven't played against a lot of laggy killers recently and I haven't noticed the issue as much.

Infected Survivors should have a 25% action speed penalty and RBTs need to be harder to take off.
Survivors, shouldn't be able to search for the key unless their trap is activated and the timer of the RBT needs to be shortened.

There must be a better what than throwing all status debuffs except Exposed on a survivor when they reach a certain situation..
