Only 3 chests around the map vs 5 totems. Also you're getting a 100% faster heal+you're breaking totems for noed (or hex perks in general). On top of that, you can't be seen with Nurse's Calling.
Unless you're specifically looking to gather medkits, I would use Inner Strength 100% of the time over pharmacy.

Even better. 8 seconds isn't just 200% efficient compared to just healing, but since it's just you that makes it 400% efficient.
And it's synergy with Q&Q means you can use it mid chase sometimes if you manage to break LoS

Also both perks take a total time of 22 seconds. So neither of them are faster than the other. But breaking totems also means:
- Removing Hex's
- Getting a ######### ton of BP
- Stopping ruin
Also while Pharmacy's medkit does have 3 uses per trial, Inner strength has 5 and also doesn't take the item slot.
In fact, you could just bring the emergency medkit to begin with and ignore pharmacy entirely.

Also true, I was just comparing it to a medkit which takes only 16 seconds alone. If you compare it to self care it's 400% faster.

I said 400% efficient cuz I was comparing it to healing with someone else perkless. So 200% speed = 400% more efficient. Self care is 100% efficient btw even though it's 50% slower.
Medkits are already 200% efficiency

This is such a healthy perk for the game, finally scrubs don't have to complain about NOED. Also good for Haunted Grounds and Iron Maiden, we can also use this with Thrill of The Hunt to make it take longer, not very long but they're still wasting time.

This perk will be really useful only once, if you destroy a totem at the beginning of the game AND if you escape the killer after being injured.
There are only 5 totems, hidden. The other survivors can destroy the totems, and they can also use this perk. There may be Haunted Ground, Thrill of the Hunt, Iron Maiden...
Search and destroy a totem, and hiding in a locker just to heal will be a huge waste of time.
Knowing this, Self-Care will be much more viable, even risking A Nurse's Calling or with Mangled effect.
Funny, but not pretty useful so far.

It’ll be interesting to see. A survivor may use head on, but if inner strength starts becoming more frequently used, Iron Maiden is a direct counter to the perk.
We see you go in a locker, as soon as you pop out you are exposed. The healing that a survivor did may be for absolute nothing if one shot will take em out.

I don't understand why people call Iron Maiden a counter to Inner Strength. Theoretically it is, but practically, any non potatoe survivor will be able to loop you for 15 seconds and make the exposed status from Iron Maiden useless. Did you forgot why 20 seconds of exposed status from Ghost Face old power was very bad ? Because survivors could literally run from a certain distance in a straight line and you wouldn't be able to catch them before the exposed status ran out. That's the exact problem with Iron Maiden, 90% of the time won't do anything against Inner Strength.
