Demogorgon Development Opinion: Could it have been more?
My humble reflection after seeing everything I've seen ...
I really loved the Stranger things series, I found the power of Demogorgon's upside down fascinating.
After seeing the revelation yesterday, I feel disappointed with the new killer. On the other hand, they have had 3 months even more time "I think" to develop this new killer, which could have been more incredible and could have been more unique ...
SPOILERS: The series where ... revolves around a monster, which controls a dimension called "upside down". Where he is able to control minds, make .. to be obeyed through the world upside down.
And his power? Perform tunnels and ramming similar to PIG? 3 months even more for this?
SPOILERS: Clearly, the series is set ... in the upside down, could Behavior give something to this monster of its main essence.
And if ... could you have used Freddy's power and redesign it, giving it touches of the upside down world with dark tones? Making the portals a door to enter the world upside down, doing something like ... to travel automatically once they demogorgon hang them on a hook? A new game slowdown mechanism would be created, as the survivors would have to leave the world upside down with the help of their peers. I'm not a developer, but I think Behavior has the ability to have created a BALANCED mechanic ... of the essentials of demogorgon.
Surely, when they launched GHOSTFACE on June 18, much earlier, they would already be working on the next killer (demogorgon) so I BELIEVE that the development team is large enough to have created a unique power and upside down environment.
Actually, they could have given more Behavior of themselves in the realization of this "non-humanoid" Killer, I think they have gone to the basics, I don't want you to misunderstand me, but ... they could have worked more.
For what it could be, that after seeing this work, in future killers we will not see more worked killers, since they go to the minimum ...
0 of Idea you have Behavior ... any excuse?
What do you think?

I thought we'd get taken into the Upside Down kind of like how Freddy takes us to the Nightmare. And even though we have two killers who can warp around, it still would have been neat to fight a monster that can show up almost anywhere, startling the pants off you whenever it shows up suddenly behind you.
The survivor in me likes that you can pull apart the warp pads, though. That looks fun.

Yeah, that's basically what I just said. They completely missed all the possibilities for powers from the lore and made it dig a hole. Really well used license there.
Wait, excuse me, why have you literally copy pasted half of my thread posted 30 minutes ago?

I find "interesting" some things you said. Yesterday ... I felt disappointed ... but I think I got mad at myself, I've been in this game for a long time and ... every day that goes by in this game, it really looks the work that Behavior does.

That doesn't make copy pasting my exact words and paragraphs, nor slightly editing them once called out on it, and claiming it as your own ok.
Let alone less than an hour since I posted it.

@Rizzo90 I already changed a few words (borrow what the ST series is about) and summed it up with my words. Thank you.

you are totally wrong in the fact that the demogorgan is able to control the mind and/or control the upside down.
That is ... if you really watched the series... the Mind Flayer. That's right.

They know it will sell. Good power or not. Too many people like ST for them to NOT make money off of it.
Every perk and power could be trash, and they would still profit.

The truth, you're right. I think they could have done better, but ... we won't know.
What Behavior has confirmed to me that their ideas are over, they are not able to do something unique. I hope they change my mind in the future, but after 4 years, yesterday I was disappointed.
