Monstrous shrine has ruined my gameplay over and over again. Faster entity progression in the basement? WHY?! Being in the basement is punishment enough as it is! I can't believe this hasn't been discussed before!

I agree, almost everyone runs the perk and put me in basement then I die. To change this I think it shoudl remove the time to die in basement speed boost, also I can't Kobe off the hook when the op killer runs this perk so I think it should only reduce the chance by 1%, this video is proof of that: https://youtu.be/MfJesiEM82M
To balance these changes I believe it is right to remove killer shack window entirely when running the perk (on the gaem remove one way in) that way if killer shack pallet is used wastefully the game is almost unwinnable at times. Agree with me or you smell
