Anyone else noticing this?
When a killer disconnects in a match whilst you are playing survivor you:
-Lose your offering
-Gain 0 xp to player level
-Gain 0 bloodpoints
-Keep whatever item you had in hand, unless you had nothing then you keep nothing
This has drove me to playing different games after each disconnect because some killers hate it when they are looped for 3 generators without any downs, ruin gets cleansed quick, or just because they got blinded or stunned

Yesterday I went into the killer's stream after the match (they had TTV in their name) and they were like "Oh yeah, I DC'd because I don't play Haddonfield. To each their own I guess.

I don't support DC'ing for any reason but, Haddonfield is extremely Survivor sided and I pray that it will be the next map reworked.

Haddonfield is as bad as the survivors choose to make it. RNG can give it multiple infinites.

Sorry to DC in haddonfield but I don't want to spend 10 minutes of my life chasing infinite users with BL

I play more killer than survivor now because that issue exists, never dc on haddonfield and still have people with BL, I complain about it, but I just suck it up and not ruin others fun, unless they exist to ruin your fun

It isn't, but, as I said in my comment, Haddonfield does need to be looked at. Is this the way to go about it? No, but it seemed to work with Legion. I kid, I kid. In all seriousness, they shouldn't be DC'ing at all.

Saaaame to me. It was a Billy on haddonfield. After one gen popped he was "F that" and rage quitted. Watching his stream he instantly banned me after asking why he DCed and he said that he always DCs on haddonfield

It is because DBD doesn't have dedicated servers (they will very soon) therefore the killer is currently acting as the "host" connection that all the survivors are connecting to. If that connection is lose (be it killer DC or a power outage on killer side) then the match data/connection is lost. The game cannot give you want you earned because it no longer has that data.
With dedicated servers this should no longer be an issue.
