Time to feature perk conflicts.
With new chapter we will get 2 regen perks, 2!!!
Imagine Players With Second Wind, Inner Strenght and Adrenaline +- SWF
That's 3 free health states for doing what you were doing before.

That's using 3 perk slots as well so survivor can pick only one of the Survivor Trinity (besides Adrenaline): Dead Hard or Borrowed Time

It is was nerfed to 20 seconds, which incrased adreanaline usage. As if it wasn't that bad already.

Yes but if people take these perks they need to throw away other meta perks from their build. You can always tunnel people with Second Wind to prevent the heal as you will see they get the broken status effect when they get unhooked.

Survivors already have incredibly powerful perks. For every new perk you equip as survivor you will not use one of the other powerful perks like Adrenaline, DS, Borrowed Time or DH. So I don't see a problem here. They are giving up other advantages to be able to heal easier and not waste too much time healing.
I'd be very glad if some of these new perks would actually see a lot of usage, shaking up the meta a bit maybe.

Healing time used to be 12 seconds and is now 16. Its 20 with sloppy. 32 for self care 40 for self care and sloppy. That's why no one heals anymore (if theyre playing meta anyways) 32 seconds or 16 seconds of 2 people isn't worth the time gain of being healed. If 2 people get on a gen for 16 seconds you can get it 36% of the way done. The opportunity cost of healing is just far too high. Even if adrenaline didn't exist I would forgo healing for doing gens. With adrenaline being in the game you would be stupid to heal regularly.
Put it this way. If I could trade being injured at the start of the game for an instant 36% progress on a gen, I would do that every single time even without adrenaline equipped.
