Question about Inner Strength/Second Wind
How will these be affected by Plague? Won't she be the counter to these perks, seeing as max infection denies the healing they would do?

When you have the state ''broken'' on you, you cannot heal up.

No she doesn't. More like she makes them pointless, since you can just wash up at a fountain and you're better than new. And faster, too.

Second Wind Confuses me? Would it work for any Broken status since the perk makes you Broken. Would it overpower any status effect that makes you Broken. When the Deliverance timer ends, would you then heal over time? So many questions.

Devs said it doesn't overpower other broken status effects. Like if you unhook yourself with Deliverance, you need to get rid of that broken status effect first ( 60 seconds ) and just then the Second Wind Wills starts to passively heal you and after 20 seconds of another brokn status effect, you get healed.
