my idea on how to buff doc (long)
so here is my idea for how to buff doctor. my first idea is that we should increase the maximum range for his shock (double it's current size). He should have no speed change when in treatment so he can anti-loop better. The switch from treatment to punishment is longer then needed so we should shorten that. i have an idea for an second ability he could use to combat stealth players more easier i call it the madness spike. basically what it will do is send a giant shock that will make any survivors in his terror radius scream and tier up. but this ability has a long cool down and the cool down depends on how many survivors the ability effects. if it effects one survivor it will make the power bar go down 25% if it effects two 50% etc. but if the ability doesn't effect any survivors then the entire power bar will deplete and it will slowly come back i feel like the power bar should come back as fast as freddy's gen teleport comes back so the ability can't be abused over and over. also i need to edit this in when you use this if you zap someone with it it will stop you from using your normal zap for a few seconds and also stop the survivors from doing any actions (forgot to mention ps4 controls since i don't know pc controls would be L1 to switch stances L2 to madness spike) fake pallets and fake red stain and terror radius should be base but should only work when the survivors reach madness tier 3.
incase that doesn't give doctor the edge he needs to be better. then i have three other solutions you can add as either add-ons or base. #1 as doc shocks you more the stun time you get increases for every shock. you need to be in tier three for it to work. the max stun time would be around 4 to 5 seconds. #2 depending on how close or far you are from doctor will determine how quickly you gain madness. so if your 16 meters near doc then madness will be 2 times the speed. but being at the end of his terror radius will make it 2 times slower. being in the middle will make it the speed it is now. #3 being in madness 3 will stop any insta heals until you snap out of it also you get exhausted at tier 3. so if you have adrenaline you must lose killer then snap out of it and you will get all the benefits of adrenaline. i got this idea from how doctor makes you unable to do anything but loop in tier three so i wanted to strengthen that part of him. (final reminder if you think anything is to strong thats fine but also tell me what you think could be a good addition)
edit: there i fix most of the formatting the split down the middle is the just incase when i first had the idea i had no time to make the grammar better no time to re read it and add things i forgot.

Add a TL;DR, then maybe I'll comprehend a little better.
This is the Great Wall Of Text.

You get the point.

yeah for now on if it's long i will say (long) in the title so people know

I don't mind the fact that's its long. What I mind is it has literally ZERO punctuation, so it's just one long ass run on sentence, and is in BOLD and is only separated once down the middle. I'm not sure how anybody is supposed to comprehend this lol

please learn to speak english before posting. I can't read your fucken paragraphs because they have no formatting period.

Well Madness Spike is better than his normal shock since it effects a large radius around him so there would be reason to ever switch to the one going forward. I mean you might but it would be debatable depending on how large the radius is.

Doc needs rework not buffs

You got that backwards..a couple number tweaks and he will be just fine

i fixed it and the only reason it was like that was because i was in a rush but now it should be more (readable)

i fixed it so it's more readable

if thats what you think but for now we might as well buff him then if he's fine then we rework

Doc does not need a buff, or a rework. How are killer mains complaining about doc being weak? It doesn't make any sense. Doc is on the upper part of the mid tier list.

i forgot to mention it would disable your normal shock for a few seconds and cause the survivors to not be able to do stuff for longer
EX: you use madness spike you cant zap for 3 seconds and survivors cant vault for 3 seconds either

I have to agree, his current treatment mechanic is the most annoying mechanic for a survivor to face in the game and despite this, he's still one of the weakest killers in game.

first we can buff and if thats not good enough then we rework. because i dont want to make him entirely different yet if we just give him more power at first we can see if that could make him more reliable but if no matter what he improves at he always fails then we can rework him with the ability of knowing what doesn't work
but if this was a freddy situation then insta rework cause no freddy's allowed ain't gonna happen

Ah I see, there's the balance. It covers a larger radius but it has a cooldown so you can't spam it like the normal shock can, I like it.

I'm not going to read it, I'm just going to say No 😂
