Can we please add a suicide option to bleeding out?
I'm tired of slugging matches. Unbreakable only helps every now and then when the killer isn't camping. Why can't we just have a 'give up' option half way through the bleed out process? Like on the hook. Yeah, I know there are try hards out there who enjoy wiggling around for three minutes because they're masochists, but some of us don't. And since it would just be an option, maybe tied to the M2 button, those that defend slugging the whole team for kicks can still remain in the match spinning around till they die out.

Well 1 it robs the killer of points, 2..let's survivors control hatch spawning , and 3..is another form of rage quitting which the game needs less of..hook suicides and dcs are bad enough if you ask me

Sitting around for a minute and a half isn't punishment enough? You said they rob killer of points. Slugging all of them doesn't rob survivors of points?

The difference is the killer caught you..you are asking for a non punishable rage quite which deprives points and emblems the killer earned because someone got tilted..dcing and hook suicides already so this..so no I dont think making another mechanic for rage quitting is a good idea

Fine. Slap on a bunch of points to the killer when a survivor uses it, like they get for a quitter bonus.

Quitter bonus is nothing but even then I dont want salty teammates screwing the game because they're allowed to rage quit..it screws over everyone in game

Give the Survivors the Suicide Option, but let the Character still on the ground and bleed out at the normal Speed. Of course everyone in the Trial should know then, that this Survivor is not in the game anymore, but the Character will still bleed out.
EDIT: This should only be available when only two Survivors are left.

100% support this. Getting slugged while the killer is looking for the last person and they end up just being super immersed is not a fun experience which is why most people just end up dc'ing.

I don't mind being the third down and slugged while they try for the 4k. My issue is when the entire team of four is slugged, then left to rot. So, maybe have the option if that happens, but removed if it's down to the last two people? I don't know. I just know that I am frustrated by this slugging mess, and people thinking it's their right to do so, just because they can.

Technically it is..? Since there are perks designed for it..not saying it's not a lame playstyle..but it's well within the rules..plus they get no points for it really

I would prefer a sucide button in end game collapse. The survivir can decide to instantly get killed by the entity. It happen to often that the killer down you and wait for 4 minutes because of the slowed bar just to see the cool animation.
If you are the sole survivor and you are downed, you should be able to end the game. There is no reason in waiting. Give the killer the same value as for an hooking sacrifice.

Suicide is not the answer. If you need somebody to talk to there are numbers you can call.

I say no only cause it would ruin my killer playstyle. I slug and don't hook to avoid killing survivors and even then I have to step in so nobody bleeds out. If the option was available so many would just rage on their first down and miss out.

Why can't we all enjoy the game for it's entirety instead of wanting it to end early. If you didn't want to play the game for the entire trial, then Uninstall, because you can't die sooner?

i think if your play style is not compatible with mine, we are both unlucky from the start.
there are a lot of survivors that think you as a survivor should not be able to "choose" to die because they are happily in their own world doing their own thing and they have no concept or care for your ideas or intentions.
many survivors think its your duty as a survivor to buy them as much time as they want, lay around waiting for them to maybe decide later to come and get you if they should choose to, so that they can get points. they see what you are doing as a "service" to them by your "taking one for the team" or whatever they want to call it.
they do not understand that the choices they make are what is dictating your actions, e.g. your desire to move on to the next game. it is not their active choices in what they are choosing to do or not to do that causes you to think it is a stupid game, but you being bad/unlucky or some combo of the two that put you on the ground and you should be grateful if and when they decide to come get you up or off of the hook..
the ones not making the sacrifice are in turn the ones making the sacrifice by doing the work you were not able to do because you were "found too early" and nobody bothered to come and get you, causing you to have multiple minutes of no scoring actions, and ultimately a super ######### game no matter what.
imo the faster i get killed in those games the better because i get to move on to another game and hopefully the next game will have better survivors in it.. sometimes i wish i had a button i could press to end things as well, but in the grand scheme of things it's only 2 minutes max, probably 1 by the time you know nobody is coming (or you would rather they didn't), leaving you another minute to go use the restroom or grab a drink or a snack..
if they were to implement a suicide button, its only use would be to use negatively to let someone know you are upset with them, saving you maybe 60s of game(play), so i do think it is best that the game never have that feature, no matter how much i'd like to use it now and then..

and tbh "robbing killers from points" when youre 2min on ground xd, killer can kill you, if he decide to not, its his problem. Hook surv and get your BP or risk faster bleeding out
devs cant do anything to "slug for 4k" so they could at least do that xd
i cant count how many times killer slugged me for 4k and then he lost me so i had to bleed out whole 4min xd such fun gameplay experience

Haha no. It denies a killer of points and the Devout seal. That would be a middle finger to killers.
Sometimes killers use Infectious Fright, or simply see another survivor and decide to chase them. You should not punish them for distracting them. Or that they guess (perhaps correctly) that you have DS.
If you're sick of slugging, then bring unbreakable or no mither. Most people don't expect no mither, and will have to hook you, even on a slug build, wasting their time.

Slugging is something I've only started doing. Some times hooking a survivor in the end game and not camping is almost guaranteed to result in a rescue and escape, especially with 2 survivors left to help. A suicide option would then let the last alive who insist in being altruistic leave with out feeling guilty, and those are some of the sweetest sacrifices for a killer.

The killer would get points as well as the person who killed themselves. You can make the points as much as a hook kill. This along with temp banning Dc'ers I think would help alot.

Should of picked up the downed survivor. Before he killed himself especially if the bar got to half way

i agree with this part, not the part about giving extra points or whatever for the event.. the killer could have put you on the hook, the survivors could have saved you, whatever.. tapping out is tapping out and tapping out "excessively" should be a much smaller percentage of dc's and should result in bans to discourage it, then problem solved. no extra things necessary..

i think the biggest thing that needs to be considered is removing "legitimate"?? reasons for people to disconnect frequently. once those are gone you can be a little more agressive on the players for doing it, but at the moment we have people who insist dc'ing from a game is a valid play strategy, whatever that means..

As a killer who rarely slugs, I would support this. I don't care if it robs the killer of joy. Give them points as if they were sacrificed. Make it a 5-10 second delay before hatch can open as well. Nothing to cry about by killers that way, other than those who are just wanting to annoy others.
