Optimization?

What happened to them optimizing the game? I know they're doing little optimizations here and there, but I thought they said that they would be focusing a LOT on optimization. And this was back around January. Did they forget, or are they focusing on new chapters or..?

    I know people on a GTX 1080 with an i7700k that get frame drops on HIGH, not even Ultra.
