Left-handed killer?
This is extremely random, but why are there no left-handed killers?

Probably because majority rules, and most of the world's population is right handed.
However, it would be cool to see a killer use both hands! :)

Huntress uses her left hand when throwing her hatchets

If you mean lore-wise, I would guess it's just a coincidence. As CthuluSE hinted above, arguably Huntress is ambidextrous.
If you mean in terms of the game itself, I'm guessing it's because it saves the devs a lot of work without affecting the quality of the game in any way. A left-handed killer would mean they couldn't reuse any of the animations currently in the game which depend on the killer's M1 using their right hand (which is more than you think, probably) and would have to create new ones. This would mean less time spent on other things that might improve the chapter like the quality of the new animations.

Not to mention it'll just feel real weird and awkward to play as. Also it'll be awkward inn console due to the default attack being tied to the RIGHT R2

True!

Very good point. Didn’t think of it like that

So true 😂 they would have to make it the L2 button instead lolol

I wanna say that simply mirroring the animation can't be that hard... but I don't actually know if it is or not.
But...does anyone know any movie killer thats left handed?
0 -
Idk about movie killers, but I heard Jack the Ripper was left-handed, in case the devs need an idea for Chapter 14 😂

back in the day Trapper used to be left handed, but that got changed since they used the usual formular ingame and he then held his weapon on the right.
huntress is actually lefthanded, its not that obvious since she holds the weapon with both hands, but since its an axe, you hold it with your strong hand further down the shaft, which would be her left. she also throws the hatchets with her left hand, so...

If we ever get a left handed killer they had better stand on the right side of the main menu, holding their weapon in their right hand for consistency.
*still mad they don't just mirror the damn menu screen so that killers are actually holding their weapon in the correct hand*

Wow I never knew that! I also always thought Huntress held her main weapon in her right hand lmao

Never noticed that!

its a little detail many didnt notice.
they changed it though - which is nothing bad, but still, its gone now

The Ripper or someone inspired would be so freakin cool.

I know this is a bit off-topic, but I'm interested in where you got the information about how you're supposed to hold an axe, and why that's the case. Because I would have thought you would hold it much as an axe-wielding medieval knight would have, which is strong hand on top. Just curious 😁

er, I chop wood frequently and I always use right hand on top, which is also dominant hand. Dad is left handed and he does opposite. Weird bit of info to throw in but yeah she is ambidextrous.

Right?!

You got your wish with the Demogorgon then!

Don't know how I feel about having actual serial killers in the game...

They could just do what games like Assassin's Creed Syndicate or Identity V did with Jack. Make a killer inspired by him, but not the same guy. Just like Leatherface and Ed Gein. ;)

Huntress and Clown throw lefty. Demogorgon appears to use both hands at once. That's about as close as you will get. Considering that all loops have a "good" direction and a "bad" direction to run, I wouldn't expect a left handed killer anytime soon.

As a leftie myself, I demand left handed representation in the killer community!

Make some left-handed survivors (no effective gameplay difference, they just talk about it in their bio lol)

Technically speaking lefties have some representation in the game via ward offerings. Look at the icons:
