I don't why this little detail is so distracting for me, but I really hate it. When GhostFace dropped, I was SO glad that he didn't have massive swollen hands erupting from his sleeves like Michael and Freddy has. Every killer before The Plague (spirit, hag, and nurse are exceptions) have hands that look like they were either the result of an allergic reaction, or they were stung by bees repeatedly.
