Some PTB questions about Bloodpoints

Either I didn't look good enough or I just don't know how BP works with the PTB so I have some questions.
1: I currently have about 700k Bp, if I spend them in the PTB will I have them after the PTB is over IE I boost one of the new survivors and then buy the DLC and all the BP i spent will still be applied after the PTB is over?
2: I keep the BP i earned in the PTB right?
3: Will I be able to play the new characters in the PTB without buying the DLC yet?
