So to summarize my day 1 ptb thoughts
A few things trouble me...the changes to the new perks since the dev stream are..a tad disheartening for killer, though I do see potential in two that were iffy on the survivor end..but since people get offended by that topic I'll stick to the ptb itself, now as day 1 observations go..huntress and plague are in tough shape..their powers have huge delay that makes them very hard and stressful to play with , huntress is also bugged with the double tap glitch again, hopefully these get smoothed back out again..
but beyond that..something feels off..the introduction to extra delay on killer due to no longer being host could have dire consequences, i.e. pallets may end up being too safe as the balance for them was around the killer having no delay..the new dying light while I love the idea, still Grant's a strong boost to the obsession and the killer loses the perk should they die granting them free gen pressure to boot..but it's certainly an improvement over "mori required", the rework to left behind on the other hand is very good indeed..perhaps a bit too good..32 meters to find hatch is quite huge, especially if you know at least some of the spawns, but that remains to be seen..at least there is some risk to it
..now I'm unsure how this will affect other killers but let's hope they are faring better..I especially worry about killers like doc whom suffer from inconsistency already..but that's all I can truley gauge for today , tell me what you guys think

I'm happy with the new perk changes, Dying Light and Left Behind now look like they are worth a perk slot, which is so great.
Also happy they buffed Camarderie and Second Wind, but it really is a shame that they nerfed Surge and Cruel Confinement. I really hope they buff them back. I want the new killer perks to be good as well.
I agree though that it would be very bad if pallets became safer than they already are, if that really is a consequence of the Dedicated Servers. Pretty sure though the devs will be able to balance that out in some other way so that that stays the same as it is now.

Plus it makes things easier to read/interpret different points of your comment.

@immortalls96 Twice now you seemed offended, but in reality use spaces between sentences and make separate paragraphs. Some of us have bad enough eyes as it is, and your feedback on PTB was unreadable to me.
I couldn't separate lines between what you were saying until @SpaceCoconut fixed it and added proper spacing and paragraphs.
Acting offended doesn't work out well when you have no problem giving some of us migraines because you can't be bothered using the space bar and enter key.

The perks are there for testing and anything and everything is subject to change as always. Wait until you have a good chance to play with and verse them before giving feedback as not everything on paper is as good or bad as it seems.
This was always going to be the case with dedicated servers but it works thus way for all now. Think about it before you could hit someone on your screen but on their's you were 8m away. While it may seem unfair to start with it's actually more fair and removes posdible lag switching scenarios.
The servers aren't final and still need a lot of work done. There is no word if all are being tested or only specific regions or what number which means you could very well connect to one further afield. A lobby indicator of what region you have connected too would be nice.

You should know I specifically mentioned this to be my day 1 opinion , also it cant be considered fair when the balancing has been formulated around the killer having no delay..I'm merely highlighting the issues we already face and bringing them to light early

I think the Left Behind change isn't so much strong, but is gonna encourage frustrating and unhealthy gameplay from both sides. Survivors can hide until they're the last one left and take advantage of it to get a free escape(still luck dependant but deeply weighted in their favor if they have a key), and killers are going to be much more inclined to slug for the 4k again because the odds are suddenly a little less in their favor at that point. Involving the hatch with any perk is a risky play frankly.

Yeah that's kind of how I saw it..the perk is good but itll definitely make for some team mates killing you to camp hatch

Which is why I said give it more time. It's a test server for a reason and things are not working 100%.
Survivors are being hit with latency just as much as killers right now and again it's because it's a test server. All data is needed so they can look to compensate for different situations.
Killers can lag just as much versus some survivors even if they are the host as p2p doesn't mean you have a perfect connection to them. If they have an unstable ping you can be at just as much of a disadvantage.

Plague on the dedicated servers is a nightmare, it seems the ptb isn't having the weird matchmaking like on live game so it just makes it feel worse. Hopefully they'll have it smoothed out by the time it's time to make it live if not they really should delay it until it's as close to perfect as possible.

Maybe..but that remains to be seen..I'm merely stating that with 3 killers handicapped , 1 too bugged to test, and the thought looming..its a rather worrying start
