Height
the killer’s height is tall
Speed
the killers base movement speed is 115
the killers base movement speed in the ‘purple room’ is 110
whilst in ‘smoke form’ the killers base movement speed is 120
Terror radius
the killers terror radius is 32m
Mori
the killers mori is when the killer wraps cheese wire around the throat and wrists of the survivor and starts using the survivor like a large puppet whilst blood pours out of the wrists and neck or the survivor then the killer throws them to the ground
Backstory
Myra bell was woman in her Middle Ages. As an infant Myra was abandoned at an orphanage, she never knew anything about her parents or anything about her family. She was later adopted by a rich family who spoiled her throughout her youth. During her younger years she was obsessed with one thing: puppets. Her obsession over them often made her get bullied, she was also given the title ‘crazy puppet girl’ by everyone she knew. When her adopted family died in a plane crash during a business trip she fell into depression which eventually led her into a life on the streets. She would put on puppet shows to try and earn money and also spread her love of it. But nobody payed attention to them, this angered her. She found a old abandoned flat which was painted in an old purple paint. She would find people on the street and take them to this room. She would take people of all ages, young and old. Myra would tie these people to chairs and force them to watch her shows in the purple room until they die of dehydration. One day one of her victims escaped. This drove her mad causing her to kill the remaining victims and turning their skin and bones into new puppets.
Power
Purple room
the killers power brings survivors into to purple room
survivors can both enter and exit the purple room through doors scattered around the map
survivors in the purple room cannot see or interact with survivors in the real world and vice versa
whilst in the purple room survivors cannot hear the terror radius of the puppeteer is she is in the real world and vice versa
whilst in purple room survivors repair, healing, sabotage and cleansing speed is slightly decreased.
the puppeteer can see survivors in both worlds but can only hit survivors in the world that she is in
survivors in purple room will have a purple tint to there characters.
killer can easily move between the 2 world but has to wait 2 second before she can attack when moving between worlds
whilst in purple room killer can enter the ‘smoke form. In the smoke form the killer can move at 120% speed and go through walls. The killer cannot see blood or scratch marks or see survivors in the real world. Killer cannot interact with gens or pallets in smoke form. Killer cannot attack in smoke form. It take 3 seconds to move into and out of smoke form. During these 3 seconds the killer moves at 90% speed. Killer cannot attack for 1 second after leaving smoke form
Perks
Sleepless nights
survivors haven’t gotten any sleep and so get tired after doing activities.
once a survivor finishes a gen all survivors who have contributed 10% repair progress to that gen will gain exhaustion for 50/40/30 seconds. (Survivors can’t be put in the dream world during this time)
“If I cut out their eyelids they can’t look away”
Fear brings death
when survivors are scared they will hide, this is what you want.
when fully healed survivors hide in a locker for 20/10/10 seconds they will be put into injured state and after 40/30/20 seconds of hiding the survivor will be put into dying state and you will be notified of his whereabouts.
“Hide all you like, if I can’t find you something else will”
Locked door
after all gens are complete or the hatch is closed one door will be unable to open of 60/80/permanently. The aura of this door will be white for the killer. However when locked door activates a skeleton key will be in a random closed chest. If no chest is close then no key will spawn.
“They can’t leave if I have the key”

Great idea BUT fear brings death is much too OP especially since they added the locker healing thing. Which takes 25s if I'm not mistaken.
Maybe you should make it 50s/40s/30s instead.

The locker healing perk only takes 7 seconds. The perk can punish survivors who stay in the locker too long though
