Okay Question
When are you going to think of giving the killer at least 1 or 2 more perk slots, because as it stands being honest with inner strength and these other good perks for survivors. It will be immensely difficult to keep up, I understand you're not supposed to counter every perk they have but with the amount of perks there are, I can see the devs having to do something like this soon, it's beginning to be a bit much to still be limited to only 4 perk slots. Especially if some of the perks are needed in high rank to bandaid fix issues of design, like ruin for example. I really don't care either way, im just curious. Do you all think this would happen in the future?

Zero chance of survivors escaping. All killers would be too op

The common denominator here are the killers themselves though, do you think a legion, or a plague will be able to do the same damage and make it as inescapable?
Because on the flip side, even if you have those perk combination, you have to deal with 16 survivor perks and their combos with 5 gens in total (which is short imo)
I'm just saying the perks are growing and I'm sure we have almost 100 perks in total for both sides.
Something is gonna have to give soon, it's a bit daunting to consider almost every damn eventuality of perk combos.

I think billy, hag, huntress and Freddy would become incredibly OP, unpopular opinion but killers have pretty darn strong perks, with egc bloodwarden can turn a 0k into a 4K, 4 perks are balanced.

No really a 4k is no win for me, pipping is. Another perk slot for killers is worth a look, maybe a test on the PTB sometimes.

This is the problem with having killers so much more powerful than others it's not even funny.
5 perks would be fine on Wraith, for example, but on a Nurse or Spirit... not so.

That was the original vision, now the game is supposed to be balanced.

You mean one or two extra slots only for killer? That would be way too much for killers. There are enough strong killers in this game that don't need any more buffing, in my opinion.

The devs are always talking about balancing the game, I don’t think they want a power role and having a power role appealing to only one side isn’t a good idea, also people really overdramatize survivors being OP, they aren’t op unless rng allows it.
RNG can suck sometimes.

I just think maps need redesigned, killers like clown or legion could definitely use tweaks but most killers are doing fine on the balanced maps. I feel like becoming slower would annoy a lot of people and resilience is already pretty good, actually a favorite of mine.

Killers are already powerful enough. They are averaging well above the desired "balanced goal" of 2 kills and 2 escapes. If youre still having a hard time with kills on any killer after the healing nerf, EGC and hatch mechanics then "git gud" I guess...?

Exactly to what I was getting at. The despairity among some of the killers makes it difficult to do the perk slot. Because most of the time with Nurse and Spirit it's the Killers themselves not necessarily the perks.
I see what some others are saying though, Although hopefully this can be PTB tested.

I understand what you're saying, but keeping my wits becomes insanity at a point because planning for every eventuality can get mentally fatiguing.
A good taste of what that's like is the DS-Locker meta.

Even if I have no way of slugging?
What if the Survivor has Inner strength? Or XYZ?
As a survivor it's not that hard to guess the killer perks and work around them because they are more or less the same for high ranks. And even can be nullified (ruin, hex perks,no heal meta).
Can you see how tiring that becomes

An alternative to this would be perhaps 4 perks and the fifth be required to at least be a hex..dunno just an idea
