Can A Dev contact me ASAP please!
I've just recieved a ban for "Exploits:Abusing bugs or errors in design to gain a competitive advantage" however, I have 1900 hours in this game and I've not abused or used a single bug. So I'd like to know why this has occured, since I've not abused a single bug.
I would also like to know if it's perma or just 24HR (never been banned before)

Where can I go to discuss it then, there's no information about how long or what for, just banned, I have nearly 2k hours
