Reduce generator time

It takes forever to complete a gen, it takes the same amount of time when you have a tool box. They're useless. The time to finish a gen up should be reduced. It's too much.

  But if not, you sound like someone new in game or very casual player. Play more and you will see why this would be a bad idea :-)

  Try to be a bit more respectful, there are new players joining the game daily, you should try to make them understand their mistakes, not calling everything they say "bait" for the sake of it.
