Ghostface Is One Of The Least Fun Killers

Playing him is RNG due to his detection bugs. Sometimes you get revealed through several walls, sometimes survivors reveal you even though they've completely left your possible line of sight

Other times you can fully expose survivors right in the open with them looking at you. It's like the game can't properly manage the different values

All in all it just makes ghostface an obnoxious killer to play especially since he's incredibly map dependent and just overall pathetically weak in a lot of a situations

And an annoying inconsistent killer to go against.

Correction, GhostFace is a fun killer

    Why?

He feels like you got detected through a wall when actually they were looking at you long enough to reveal you anyways

I think he's really fun to play as and against but I really would wish he was more consistent.

Yeah, the detection issues really make playing as and against him a tire rather than fun.

I think Ghostface is fun on both sides because I actually really like how he’s like Jumpscare Myers’ scary little brother.

My only complaint is what happened to me last night: I looked right at Ghostface and he was not revealed and I got exposed.

the only thing that makes him unfun is OoO.

you shouldnt use the power for stalking pruposes, use it to mindgame loops.

nope . you should use mainly use power to stalking and leaving people for later or sneaking onto people working on gens , its bad to use your power to mindgame loops specially on healthy survivors . why ? because his power is 30 seconds , sure u down somebody but then u cant do rly ant . even if u wait for ur power 30 seconds u wont use it effectievly because everyone has heard ur tr ,

He's super fun to play as, and vs.

Never had this exposure through walls thing happen to me...

When the detection is working properly he's fun. Otherwise frustration happens.

I faced him on the PTB with dedicated servers and it wasn't buggy at all, so maybe that fixed it?

I agree I find him annoying, and bhvr has an history of being inconsistent when something is complex, see hitboxes, matchmaking and protection hits.

I think Gf needs to be changed to work similar to Myers, no more of his power to be removed by survivors but a MUCH longer time to expose you

I think it's a bad design decision to have his only power be removable by survivors. Buggy/inconsistent or not, it shouldn't take 1.2 seconds for one survivor to take away a killer's only power for 30 seconds. I think he's super overrated on most tier lists. He's just too inefficient for what his output ultimately is. You either spend a lot of time stalking in hopes that you don't get revealed, or you use Night Shroud for a hit that resets any stalk you might have on that survivor and puts your Night Shroud on cooldown. And that whole time, people are doing gens. It's so much set up time for a single hook in a lot of cases. He's a Myers that can't stalk if a survivor looks at him and a Pig who can't hide for 30 seconds at a time.

Not to mention he's the definition of an M1 killer. He's loopable to high hell.
