Hello,

I think that the Clown's reload time should be proportionate to the number of bottles remaining; i.e. reduced by 75% if reloading only one of the four bottles available.

  And works with add-ons increasing the maximum amount of bottles!

  Great idea imo, I think base reload time could be slightly reduced as well
