150% speed for 3 seconds with only a 60 second cooldown is too short of a cooldown. It doesn't require any other activators like Adrenaline and Powering the exit gates or Lithe while vaulting in a chase. It's frustrating playing killer against it becase it virtually has no downsides, and it's one of the most meta perks in the game at the current moment.

It would be nice either if the speed itself was nerfed or the Exhaustion doubled, it's just too spammable and there's not enough counters to it.

    It's fine as it is since it grants exhaustion for 60 seconds, it becomes an issue when combined with another perk of the same type. The Shape fr one can easily catch that person in longer matches and if they have the right perks it's pretty fair.

    Something better would be certain maps they get a debuff on or something like that when combined with another of same type.
