When can William Bill Overbeck Come on console? (PS4 and Xbox one)

I have been a fan of Left 4 dead and when i saw the old trailer Left behind, i was very happy, but dissapointed when they Didn't add him on console. Now i know it's a old topic ( if it still is), but at least add bill to console. If they can't, then i fully understand and will mind my own business.

Steam had no interest in licensing their character to the consoles. You got the perks, but unfortunately you'll never see Bill on anything but a PC.

Because Valve owns the rights to the character, Bill will forever remain a Steam exclusive.
