Let me explain my reasoning! Monstrous shrine is OP because we all know camping is OP as well. Monstrous Shrine amplifies camping! Then you take into account that most people who use Monstrous Shrine are Bubba's the most Overpowered killer in the game. With all these powerful tactics combined this build becomes an unstoppable force to be reckoned with, nothing can come close!
