Cant you do the achievement with an ebony?

I felt his pain when people wouldn't give it to him by using lockers and his relief when he finally did it a few minutes ago haha.

Nah it specifies with Evil Within.

It's almost like it's an achievement, not a participation ribbon.
I love having something like that which shows you really accomplished something.

Survivor runs into locker = No Achievement
4 -
Nope. It requires you to bring red hair and Tombstone.

Absolutely. Took me 7 tries to get it. It was so difficult. I had to make sure not to hook them too many times (got to punish those locker hiders), while killing them all. The last kill that secured the achievement for me was a mad dash to the hatch because they were almost there when I got them. It was such a tense game.

I'd say the new Left Behind achievement with Bill is the hardest due to the EGC's existence alone.

The first time I tried it I only got three because I ran out of evil. You only get enough for there so you have to get to with one. The second time I used the unlimited add on. Got three stacks of play with your food (which don't go away from getting the kill, even if it's the obsession) and a set of 4 t-baggers after every pallet shortstop. That match lasted 6 minutes. Easy.

It's pretty aggravating that survivors dive in lockers simply to deny the killer the achievement. How petty do you have to be?
2 -
I know this is anecdotal, and will be met with salt, but I literally did it two games back to back, one without a tuft.
It's a bit of luck (that survivors dont DC or have a key) and perseverance.
Actually caught my fourth running up to the hatch.

With survivors jumping in lockers to even prevent any tombstone kill action, easily one of the hardest achievements. I got lucky, so it may just be up to chance with who you get into a game with

Mine happened on Azarov's, they ended up 3 genning themselves so I had a great shot to keep them herded down one end.
This was at least a year before the days of shutting the hatch so if they got 2 done it was a crapshoot.

First two times I tried for the achievement, the game put me on the Temple of Purgation map. Temple of Purgation. Freaking locker heaven.
The last survivor I need to Tombstone jumped into a locker. I took him out, carried him far away. Unfortunately, nowhere is far enough on that map, so he ran right back to a locker and jumped inside. I stood in front of it. After thirty minutes, rather than get out of the locker, he disconnected.
They are that petty.

Hardest achievement I've gotten on this game. Felt like I had conquered a mountain when I got it.

https://youtu.be/JZj51_TN550 I had so much fun when I did it haha

Don't scare me, I still have to do this achievement

IMHO Myers should be able to tombstone people on the ground so you can just yank them out of the locker, drop them, and mori them.
Personally I think this achievement is only difficult because of how petty survivors are. People will DC mid-animation and it won't count.
Guess you know, it's an achievement, and not a participation ribbon and thus I am not entitled to it if I do accomplish the requirements but the survivor feels like I don't deserve it. Pretty good job so far!
In terms of ground tombstoning making tombstone "OP" it's an ultra-rare. "There's no counterplay" there's no counterplay for Iri Heads, adrenaline, Prayer Beads, Rancor, either.
And 99% of the time when you hook people who are doing this they simply suicide on the hook so it's clear they're not even doing it to stay alive but to screw you out of your achievement, which really grinds my gears.

It's actually not that hard, I got it on my third attempt (first time the last survivor got the hatch, second time the last survivor disconnected).
It's even easier with the a ability to close the hatch now.
First of all you can NOT get this with a Mori trophy.
You need to get the two red add-ons Fragrant Tuft Of Hair (Infinite Tier 3 Evil Within) and Judith's Tombstone (Ability to kill anyone by hand).
Now for perks:
Monitor & Abuse: You can get more Evil acquired with less chance of being noticed.
Nurse's Call: Will greatly help find survivors after they've been injured.
Ruin: As long as it lasts, it will at least somewhat slow down the survivors' gen rush and give you more chance to stalk.
Surveillance: Great for tracking survivors and creeping up for a sneaky stalk.
When you eventually get the Tier 3 Evil Within go hunting and when you find a survivor just tap that attack button, don't hold it.
You really have to get it done before all generators are completed. When it comes down to yourself and the last survivor, search for the hatch and close it. Now patrol those exit gates and get your last victim.
You'll get it eventually.

I weep whenever I get Temple of Purgation, period. Can't imagine trying to get the achievement there. "Lol, good luck mindgaming this long 2 ft high rock. Oh, there's 3 more of these right next to each other."

The question is, why is the red Tombstone worse than the Tombstone Piece. The slowdown shouldn't be applied in any ways, it should get another kind of downside but not an movement speed debuff. But Devs said they will rework Myers Addons as well. Maybe they'll change the downside of Judith's Tombstone to something which isn't a speed debuff which would be smart.
Well, my idea I thought about was:
- Kill healthy, injured and dying Survivors with Evil Within III
- Termendously increases the time required to reach Evil Within III
- After reaching Evil Within III your movement speed will be decreased to 90 % for 5 seconds and you can not kill a Survivor in that time. After the 5 seconds, your movement speed will return to 115 %
- Your movement speed stays the same in Tier 1 and Tier 2

Well, I just did this build for fun yesterday. I didn't get any stacks of Play with your food cuz my Obsession was hiding the entire game. I got my Tier 3 extremely early but my first kill came like 5 or 6 minutes later cuz they just looped me trough every pallet with my slow movement speed. Good that they didn't know how to do gens, otherwise my early Tier 3 was kinda pointless.
Also, it was on Coldwind, they didn't even try to block my vision. Good thing that it was rank reset.

tombstone should allow you to mori people out of lockers once you hear that loud piano noise you should be FUBAR

Why does nobody seem to know the absolute best way to do this?
PWF dosn't lose stacks with Tombstones. So all you need to do is stall the game long enough to get 3 stacks of PWF and EW3. Then just M1 everyone, as long as you don't do any basic attacks you will keep your PWYF speed.

To be fair, getting Evil incarnate was way easier back then, before Myers was nerfed along with his perks.

I got the grab a Survivor off a gen with your 3rd blink achievement on my first game as nurse. I had no idea what I was doing but I did pretty good.

Then why are survivor adepts so easy

I got the achievement on my third try. For anyone having trouble with the Tombstone Myers achievement, these are my suggestions.
Burn a map offering. The first two times I went for this achievement, it put me on the Temple of Purgation map. A map of nothing but lockers, the Tombstone add-on's biggest weakness. Don't let that happen to you. Burn a map offering.
The third time I went for it, it put me on The Game map. This map worked so well for it. There's only half the area of other maps on which you need to search for the hatch. And if you equip Whispers (P.S. equip Whispers) then you will immediately know which exit gate the survivor goes for.
A lot of people use Play With Your Food for increased speed, which is definitely needed.
Even if you don't normally use Ruin, it's probably a good idea to use it here; buy as much time as you can to get to EW tier 3.
I would suggest focusing on tiering up and foregoing hooking at all. Slugging to slow them down, sure, but hooking takes a big risk and you're wasting time going to a hook rather than tiering up and pressuring gens.
The most obvious suggestion: go for it at the crappiest rank you can manage.

....there is absolutely counterplay for rancor. When you notice you see her when gens finish, you start HIDING WHEN GENS FINISH. Dont be seen for last gen. If she cant find you, she cant mori you.

I would normally agree with you, but with the implementation of EGC, I say the Left for Dead achievement is the hardest now. Being the last survivor, repairing the last generator before the killer closes the hatch and then opening an exit gate (praying they will not be right next to each other) is a HUGE task requiring a lot of luck.
0 -
well, at least you can close the hatch now.
i remember when i did it, that was not a thing xD
THAT was a pain, cause even when you got it to activate before the gates were open, there was a very good chance the last one would just yeet through the hatch and your effort was for nothing...
