Chapter 14 Killer prediction Scarecrow
According to the road map Chapter 14 will not have a map so I asked myself hmm...What map could easily be home to a possible killer?
I suddenly had an euphoric Brainfart and thought What about cold wind farm. Cold wind is known for being a really annoying map as killer so what if they made a killer which could use his 'home' to his advantage to blend in and have more fun on such a frustrating map.
My Prediction is The Scarecrow. It literally is cold wind made through and through. It wouldn't need a map.
The scarecrow being an original of course.
I know some of you will be yapping on at how it's way too early to speculate but...what's the harm in a little guessing and maybe sharing ideas and suggestions which could still be used as guidance to help the Devs if we happen to be on the same lines.
Anyone got any ideas how a Scarecrow killer would work. Could they focus heavily on utilizing crows?

Coldwind is billys map.
With a bunch of open space for his chainsaw. He even has a scarecrow outfit.
That said, I wouldn't be opposed to a scarecrow killer

He could see survivors auras when both killer and survivor are in corn/tallgrass.
Would make him great in two terrible maps

Not to kill your prediction but billy was basically released with the thompson house witch is coldwind farm

My point being that the Scarecrow doesn't require a map and Chapter 14 will not come with a map. The fact that cold wind came with hillbilly is irrelevant. They both would fit that realm incredibly well.

We need Harlod from Scary Stories!

Passive: A map wide teleport to any disturbed crows across the map would be a neat teleport (give it a 30 second cooldown, affected by add ons) the teleport is made up of a visual effect which shows a murder of crows converging and flying away to reveal the scarecrow left behind.
Power: Murder Harvest - can charge a sweeping attack (secondary attack) which can hit multiple targets in close proximity. The Scarecrow wields a Rusty Scyche.
