They changed it because they got so many complaints that it was ugly (which I think it was). When they get so many complaints about a cosmetic that they physically change it, it's safe to say they're not gonna revert it.

I didnt see any complaints about the hair being ugly. personally i liked how it was before, it's ugly now.

Yeah. Now she looks like she’s growing baby hair. It was fine before.
Here’s my issue: if people didn’t like it before, they didn’t have to buy it. But now those of us who bought it because we DID like it are getting boned.

And mind you, I have never agreed with people asking about refunds for skins. Little enhancements here and there are whatever. But when they completely rework it into something that doesn’t even resemble what it was before, I begin to understand where those folks were coming from. I paid for what I wanted. Now it’s just an ugly cosmetic I won’t ever use again.
