Remove Uninjured Requirement From Fixated
I really like the speed boost to walking the perk gives you, but I don't understand why it wouldn't work while injured? Everyone said the same thing during the PTB, so I don't understand why you guys didn't listen. I doubt people actually use the perk to see their own scratchmarks. You removed the requirement from Urban Evasion then why can't you remove it from Fixated?
I'd like to hear how it'd be deemed too strong or OP to be able to walk 20% faster while injured, cause you still leave bloodpools and sounds the killer can easily follow.

Maybe because they thought that fixated could be strong with iron will. You get the sprint boost from the hit, run in a line and then walk the other way, without making a sound to track you. And blood pools is pretty hard to track on outdoors maps without bloodhound. Just my guess.

This perk is not useful if you can´t use it when injured. Anyway it's very low tier.

I'm not going to complain about a buff.... this perk is awesome... Imo its strong now..

I literally don't get why the uninjured requirement is a thing.
Killer can still use blood stains to track so it's not like mind games with fixated will become impossible to win

Im having Urban Evasion Deja vu (even toh i wasn't playing at that time)

Maybe bc they are aiming to reward immersion with that perk.
Meaning that they reward you for staying hidden and moving around uninjured but will not reward you for getting caught and hurt.

Just because a Perk isn't meta doesn't make it low-tier.
Fixated is a nice Perk for stealth Survivors and seeing your own scratch marks can help you mind-game the Killer with them.

Idk what you're talking about. I'm red rank and use an immersion build/perks and rarely ever Loop or juke.
This could help when moving around a gen when trying to mind trick the killer and stay in their blind side. Although you could easily run "Urban evasion" to achieve the same result.
Big thing here I guess is that it also allows you to see your own scratch marks so you can more reliably and easily lead the killer astray.
