Stop blaming killers for "trying" when your team DCs

Seriously, three times today I had 1-2 of the survivors DC on first hit or first down, no OP addon orbuilds if it matters. In the after game chat I get called a try hard for not letting the other 2 farm, seriously why are you blaming the KILLER? How about requesting punishment for DC or encouraging other survivors to actually you know stick around?

See this often and just say "Duly noted and IGNORED" like I do most end match complaining

Natural human reaction. People are frustrated that someone disconnects prematurely. They wanna vent on the person disconnecting, but they cant anymore. So they vent on the next person available, which is the killer.

If they want DC at least let me hook you first for BBQ 1 token and then get out

A lot of times, if a survivor DCs on me, it's specifically to stop me from geting the BBQ stack. "no hooks for you."

Thankfully, when dedicated servers go live (whenever that'll be), they should be implementing a husk system that'll fix some of these issues, like not being able to get a BBQ stack.

Its common that people do this because they got downed first, or downed in-general.

They're expecting to not be hit once the entire Trial, that's some high standards...

Killer mains: if your teammates dc thats your problem i dont care if its 2 survivors and 5 gens

Also killer mains: survivors talking to their teammates is cheating.

Using not in game item to gain advance is cheating on my thought.

That's comparing apples to grenades buddy.

    Survivors (When bullying): GG EZ.

Survivors (When beaten): You a trash camper, noob.

Sounds like you don't play killer a lot. XD

I'm too old. How am I living in a world were trying my best is an insult?

Any variation of "tryhard" is a super silly insult in the first place. I feel it used to describe a stereotypical hypercompetitive angry gamer, the kind that screams at their teammates for every miniscule mistake and blames all their mistakes on lag or cheating. Now it's apparently a bad thing to try to win?

When it comes to games where people DC early I honestly prefer if the game is over quick and I feel I'm not alone. Even when playing killer it's not unusual that an early ragequit makes the remaining survivors just run to me, nod a bit and point at a hook, and I can't blame them at all.

Farming games are so boring. If somebody dc's early in the match, I won't farm but 'll play generously, so that the survivors should not have any problems still getting a decent amount of bp + Emblem points while we can have a "normal" game.

Honestly. I just want the game to end at that point so i kill people to get myself out of the game

The only thing i dont get is tunneling when a survivor disconnects. It just makes a boring match even more boring if I aint the one being tunneled.

I play on console, so I don't get the endgame lobby experience, but I do get a fair number of hate messages sent my way over Xbox Live by salty survivors. Usually it's the ones who DC that complain, though. I don't always respond, but when I do, I like to remind them how they screwed over their team.

Because usually that's what happens when someone DCs on their first or second hook, it snowballs into a 4k. It doesn't bother me in the slightest because I know I'll have a fun and easy match, but I do think people should be more mindful of sabotaging their teammates.

Any time a survivor DCs early, they're making the killer's job easier and the other survivors' jobs much, much harder.

I don’t blame the killer, but at the same time that means you can’t blame the remaining survivors for also DC’ing if someone ruins the game with an early DC. Just as you aren’t under any obligation to take it easy, they aren’t under an obligation to waste time sticking around so you can kill them in what’s a very unfair and probably unwinnable game for them at that point.

I'm good at ending chases because I use LoS blockers as a survivor. I'm also as my friends tell me "way to effective at being stealthy even though I dont try to actually hide" I can hide right next to a killer and never be found *Feng Main btw*. I use to think not getting hit in a trial was near impossible. Yet I get clear streaks where I haven't been seen or found so I just do gens.

Then again I've also had days I can't loop and am found and die first xD
