What Killers Cost Real Money?

Can somebody explain to me what killers and DLCs in the game you start with automatically, which ones you have to buy with Bloodpoints, and which ones you have to actually pay real money for. I would appreciate it a lot.

    Trapper, Wraith and Hill Billy come with the base game.. Nurse and Huntress are free.

    The licensed killers are the ones that cost real money... The others can be bought for shards.

    So Leatherface, Demogorgon, Scream, Michael Myers, and The Pig cost real money and will always cost money?

    They might go one sale now and then.. but real money.
