can all killers get to the broken balcony in Hawkins?

I haven't played the Hawkins map as killer yet, but it looks like most killers couldn't get to the small broken balcony area that survivors can get to by running off the glassed-in control booth. Is that the case, or am I mistaken?

Killers can get there.

You don't jump, you just run. Killers are faster than survivors therefore they can make the gap.
