What is your go to perk
Everyone has the one specific perk that they need in most builds. For me it's balanced landing. I can use it on almost every map and is good in almost every situation. For killer it's obviously BBQ for the simple fact of more BP. What about you guys?

Oh, Devour Hope, easily.

Lol I couldn't tell at all.

as survior, Stake Out. comes in handy in so many ways. knowing if the killer is near (except tier one Myers, darn you Myers) and getting greats without having to stress about it.
as killer, Surveillance, especially now that theres Surge.

For killer, I always like stbfl and for survivor I like lithe a lot

I've gone through a few stages over the years. Like many people, I used Self-Care in most builds until the healing changes. I started using Bond a lot more - knowing where teammates were replaced the functionality of Self-Care while also giving more information. Any time I didn't use Bond I would feel like a lost puppy 😂
Currently, I'm in love with Fixated. The walking speed helps you disappear when you go around corners to lose the killer, and to round objects. I see myself using it a lot in the near future!

i guess distortion

Lithe. Feng main from the beginning and never took that perk off once

Iron Will. As a solo survivor, I’d rather just stay injured while working on a gen until someone comes around to heal me. Paired it with Inner Strength

Balanced Landing and Whispers

While I don't use it on every killer, STBFL is my favorite perk in the game at the moment.

NOEd. I'm not the best at the midgame, but by god do I do huge endgame #########. Once had the final gen done but neither exit opened for 12 minutes one game because of pressure.

Decisive Strike.
I usually keep the killer busy for long if I get to be chased. I don't like being punished for it so... I'm kinda forced to bring this little fella with me :3
Also Balanced Landing.
While for Killer I love bringing Dark Devotion and Whispers.

I feel exposed without ds. I get tunneled a lot, whether it’s intentional because of my psn name, because I play Jane, or it’s the killer I don’t know. Ds has either saved me or given me some pity points and a “shame on you” boop.
As far as underrated perks go, I quite like equipping lightweight, poised, and stake out.
For killers, it’s probably bbq. I just like blood points.

Spine Chill.
Can't live without it.

Pop goes the weasel for killer
Bond for survivor

Mmmmm... Balanced landing and as the killer BBQ. Yeah, so original 😂

borrowed time absolutely love this perk

Spine Chill. Compared to it, every other Perk is just for cosmetic
BBQ. Bloodpoints!

Killer Main: BBQ no doubt, not for the aura reading, but for the BPs. I play for Blood primarily over kills, it just suits my playstyle.
As Survivor: I try a variety of random fun builds. I prefer Small Game at the end of the day. Just better at seeking Dull/Hex Totems is fun and easy BPs.

Iron Will, it's saved my ass so many times its not even funny

Head On. You can't convince me there's a better exhaustion perk in the game.

Spine Chill! >^·.·^<

Pop and pharmacy/head on

Survivor: Self Care or Premonition.
Killer: Save The Best For Last or Nurses Calling.

Lithe, Self Care, and Urban Evasion. If I had to choose just one, Urban.

Small Game. Destroys Trapper and Hag, the two killers I hate playing against the most, and it also lets me deal with hex perks very quickly. And now it synergizes with Inner Strength, my new favourite perk.

I do really adore STBFL but I find myself always finding the obsession and hating myself for it lol
edit: can't spell

Survivor: Alert
Killer: NOED

For me, it would be Decisive Strike. I just like the insurance it provides me after I get unhooked. I generally find that if I take it off to replace it with something else, I will get tunneled to death in the next several games, so I end up regretting life.
Borrowed Time is another one that I like to have on me. It’s nice to be able to save a teammate and give them a better chance of getting away. I just prestiged Jane for the first time ever to P3, so right now I have yet to see it in the Bloodweb. It’s a shame, I really miss having it on me!
I don’t really use it much anymore, but I used to run Self-Care constantly back when I was new at the game. Claudette was my first Survivor main, so I never saw a reason to take it off. I found that I never really had to wait long for it to appear in the Bloodweb of other Survivors when I’m leveling them up, so its found its way into my builds a lot. I started to shy away from it more once I realized that it was kinda inefficient to be healing in the corner of the map every time I got hit, so it fell out of my usual build.

For survivors who use DS, how you "git gud" at always hitting the SC and how is it now that it's changed? I avoided this perk like the plague cause I hated it as a killer so I didn't wanna be that guy as a survivor and still have a stigma towards it.

Franklin's, and you know they'll head back for their fancy key/insta/flashlight rather than do gens. A nice side effect is that no-one with an item hangs round the exit gate after they're open.
2 -
Fixated and spine chill I need them in my life!
0 -
Either Inner strength or leader for survivor. As killer id say BBQ
0 -
I tend to gravitate towards Remember Me or Blood Warden when I'm still fleshing out a killer's perk library. Rank 3 ends up being such a nice delay and saves quite a few games in the ending stage.

DS as survivor and BBQ as Killer
0 -
Survivor (Meg) the medium;
1- Selfcare
2- Sprint burst
3- Urban evasion
4- Premonition (+)
I made it to red rank with that build. :)
Killer (Hag) the forrest witch;
1- Hex: Ruins
2- Hex: Thrill of the hunt
3- Unrelenting
4- Spies from the shadow (+)
Also made it to red rank with that build. :3
Those are in no way optimal builds but I had a lot of fun and great games with them!

Small game and pop goes the weasel.

Smh

For survivor I always use DS since killers always wanna tunnel.
For killer I always try to use bamboozle, enduring, or brutal strength that way i cannot be looped.
1 -
Very brave of a dev to say NOED fav perk for killer lol. Brace yourself
2 -
Haha yeah! Honestly, it doesn't work well since Inner Strength came out. :D
3 -
For survivor it's probably DS. Most times you get no use out of it, but when you are in the basement and get hook farmed it's really nice.
For killer it's PGTW. It's the only viable AND reliable gen slower perk in the game. "Hex: Ruin" can be destroyed. "Dying Light" needs build up. "Surge" is just bad. PGTW is there after every hook to slow a gen massively down. No downsides.

Survivor: Self-care
Killer: Hex: Ruin

STBFL
Obviously
2 -
Survivor: We'll make it
Killer: Monitor&Abuse

Well, Self Care is pretty much a must for Survivors.
Nurse's Call is a right gem for stealth play killers.
0 -
Survivor: No Mither
Killer: Agitation
0 -
Survivor: WGLF (For bloodpoints obviously) or Spine Chill (To see when the killer is coming in my direction)
Killer: BBQ and Chili (For the bloodpoints and aura reading) or PGTW (The best perk for slowing down gens)
