Question about the killers that will be getting changes

Are the changes they're receiving only add-on based, or some base kit changes as well?

I think Doctor and Cannibal are on the list and I'd be happy if they got some small tweaks to their base kit.

  It depends on the killer, but for the most part, we'll be focusing on add-ons.

  Doctors first shock addon should be base-kit. Its not too strong but not so small at the same time.
