After hitting a survivor they suffer from the exhaustion effect...... this along with what it is now... maybe an increase in the timer as well...?
Thoughts, concerns??

You can achieve similar results with add-ons especially with characters like huntress.

Just remove the under 50% completion restriction and the perk might be slighlty usefull.

And increase the exhausted tine from 3 to 5
