Make right stick rotate characters on PS4.

In the lobby where you can rotate characters, I was wondering how to do it on PS4 and found out you have to hold X on the character and move the left stick right or left to rotate them. I really think you should just make the right stick rotate them, as there's no use for it in the lobby and it's more intuitive and easier to figure out.

    tbh the console ui in general could use some massive QoL changes, make it actually work with a controller not some horrible laggy cursor.
