Besides, we sorta have a Joker like killer already. The beer gut killer we all love, The Clown who's laugh can brighten a room.

I think a stylized costume for the clown would be potentially neat, but we already have a clown face character, so I don't think he would bring enough diversity to the game. Especially since he is also known for sing a chemical gas agent to effect his targets.
If the clown wasn't in the game, i'd be a little more for it but still reluctant. I think The Bat Who Laughs would be a more unique addition to the game.

We already got an obsessive Clown wearing a Ringmaster suit that uses toxic gas as his trademark tool/weapon. They are both quite similar if it wasn't for one being tall and thicc and the other being as scrawny as a scarecrow made of 5 chopsticks.
